Speaker background:
Dr. Eli Kass is a lecturer at the Haas School of Business, as well as an Organizational Development Consultant with particular focus on Alliance Management, Negotiation, Culture, Leadership, and Change. He has been published in several esteemed international journals and is Peer Reviewer for the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Organizational Management Journal, International Association of Conflict Management, and the Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He’s also taught at St. Joseph’s University, USF and NYU’s Stern School of Business.
