Vicky Chen – President Vicky is currently a Pricing Manager at Genesys. Prior to Genesys, she worked as a consultant at PwC and has served in various M&A analytics, BI, strategy, and project management roles across Fortune 50 (tech) companies, healthcare, and the government. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at the SF SPCA, salsa dancing, hiking + hunting for natural hot springs, woodworking, and brainstorming / building no-tech inventions. Faye Teng – Vice President Faye is currently a Private Equity Investor at Strattam Capital Management, focused on software and tech-enabled services businesses. Previously, she spent her career on Wall Street advising over $5 billion worth of technology mergers and acquisitions. In her spare time, she enjoys personal investing, wine tasting, running, and watching the Black Mirror. Jessica Li – Secretary Jessica is a Manager in Data and Analytics Consulting with EY in San Francisco. Her career and experience is focused on cross-functional alignment and communication for operational initiatives through application of business analytics, data management and governance, technology enablement and digital transformation. She graduated from the undergraduate Haas program in 2015, and also received a B.A in Statistics. Contact
Ravi Shankar – Treasurer Ravi is the Chief Marketing Officer at Denodo Technologies. He is responsible for Denodo’s global marketing efforts, including product marketing, demand generation, communications, and partner marketing. Ravi brings to his role more than 25 years of proven marketing leadership from enterprise software leaders such as Oracle and Informatica. Ajit Chakradeo has experience in successfully managing leading a diverse array of functions including analytics, supply chain, sourcing, planning, marketing, finance, and six sigma teams across a several major industries. Leadership experience includes managing organizations of various sizes (up to 90 staff members) in a variety of settings and contexts (including split offshore model). Connie Sun is an MBA candidate at Kellogg’s Northwestern School of Management. Prior to Kellogg, she worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, where she focused on digital strategy and transformation across various industries. She has also held roles in Product Marketing and serves on a nonprofit board in Chicago. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S in Business Administration and a B.A in Psychology. Neel Somani is a quantitative researcher on the commodities team at Citadel. Prior to Citadel, he worked as a software engineer at Airbnb on the Growth team, where he promoted the Referrals and Affiliates programs. On the side, Neel has published several papers in computer science, specifically in security and privacy. In his free time, he likes trying new restaurants, watching standup comedy, and traveling. Neel graduated from Cal with a triple major in computer science, mathematics, and business administration.
